The Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) is one of the major infectious diseases which can be transmitted by blood transfusion and it is currently being transmitted to large population. HBV, a member of the family hepadnaviridae, belongs to DNA virus. Its nuclear core contains a ring double-stranded DNA and polymerase. Its crust contains lipoprotein. There are five signal proteins in serum and they are regarded as main serology sign of HBV infection. They are Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg); Hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb); Hepatitis B envelope antigen (HBeAg); Hepatitis B envelop antibody (HBeAb) and Hepatitis B core antibody (HBcAb).
